How we work

We are an intentionally small studio, undertaking only a select number of projects at any one time. This allows Joanna to remain closely involved in the creative direction of every project and to work directly with each client throughout the design process.

Fees
Fees are separated into the following stages :
Stage I - Concept Design
Development of the design concept, including spatial planning, mood boards and the overall creative direction.
Stage II - Design and Development
Detailed design including specifications, schedules and technical drawings.
Stage III - Budgeting and Procurement
Preparation of budgets, sourcing, quotations, ordering and supplier coordination.
Stage IV - Installation and Completion
Delivery, installation, styling and project completion.

Rates
Principal Designer @ £2000 + VAT per day
Studio @ £600 + VAT per day
Draughtsman @ £150 + VAT per hour

Procurement fees
25% of the net cost of furnishings on which J P Interiors Ltd receives trade discount.
10% of the cost of antiques and works of art.
10% of the retail purchase price of furnishings where no trade discount is available.
